Issue 5 of the CUA Community newsletter introduces the new President, Dr Orla Flynn, and the Governing Body Chair, Ms Maura McNally SC, of Atlantic Technological University (ATU). The newsletter also includes details of activities to be held to celebrate the launch of ATU from 1st to 11th April.
Issue 4 of the CUA Community newsletter showcases the activities of CUA colleagues across three distinct Corporate Services functions. Also featured in this edition, are details of the planned incorporation of St Angela’s College into the Sligo campus.
In November 2021, Minister Simon Harris announced that the new TU for the west and north-west region would be named Atlantic Technological University (ATU). Details of the announcement as well as in depth profiles of the CUA Student Unions and CUA Student Support Services were included in issue 3 of our Community newsletter.

February 2021 saw the launch of our new “CUA Newsletter” aimed at staff and students of the CUA.
The newsletter will bring news and updates on CUA activities and plans. Each issue will feature five short news stories, a video, podcast and links to CUA/TU related material.
